Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.
1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, contact support with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will share return instructions.
2. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 24 hours of receipt.

When confirmed, Ofamat will arrange a replacement or refund with no extra cost (where applicable).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

products clearly marked “non-returnable”
4. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
